Tony S. Say is the Owner of Clearwater Enterprises, LLC and serves as its CEO. Mr. Say serves as the President of Ventura Refining and Transmission LLC and Troy Energy Investments, LLC. Mr. Say began his career in the natural gas industry in 1979. He has extensive experience in all areas of the business including gas marketing, consulting, and pipeline management. Mr. Say is an investor in and an informal advisor to ReStream Energy.
